"Bon appétit!" in Turkish

Şeyma P. is a Turkish citizen who has lived in Türkiye for over 20 years. Her favourite Turkish food is Karnıyarık, her favourite Turkish movie is Kış Uykusu (Winter Sleep), and her favourite city in Türkiye is Istanbul. She writes of the country's largest city, "I feel like a character from a novel or a story while wandering the streets and mostly getting lost :). It is impossible not to feel the Istanbul in poems, stories and novels. It's a city where I can't get enough of its cultural and artistic activities and often can't keep up.”
