“Beans” in Tunisian Arabic

In Tunisian Arabic, Beans” (the noun, as in the legume) is written using the Latin script as:

Dbabech

Using the Arabic script, it is written as:

دبابش

(Editor’s note: Conventionally, when a Tunisian Arabic speaker is referring to one bean they will mention Ka3ba / كعبة (“1 unit”) and refer to the specific type of bean, versus using a general word for bean. But when referring to Beans, Dbabech / دبابش is used to refer to this type of food, in a general sense.)
